After 25 years of working in the construction industry, we witnessed too many examples of defective building work by dodgy operators looking to cut corners. So we started City Building Consultants (CBC NSW) in a bid to provide unwitting buyers with an insurance policy – comprehensive inspection reports of the hidden defects in a prospective property so they are informed of the risks before they embark on a considerable financial investment.

We strive to meet our clients’ needs and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations, including providing tailored solutions and offering ongoing support post-project. We are located in central Sydney and carry out building inspections throughout the Greater Sydney region, assessing buildings for existing problems and also identifying issues that may occur in the future.
